The XYZ Nobel 1.0A is a laser based resin 3D-printer. According to the manufacturers data the wavelength of the laser is 405nm and the laser spot is 130 microns. Most of our SLA resin range is compatible with the XYZ Nobel 1.0A. Recently, XYZ printing opened up its software to work with 3rd party resin on the Nobel 1.0A resin 3D-printer. To utilize 3rd party resin for the XYZ Nobal 1.0A, an Open Smart Tag is required. This tag is a one-time purchase to unlock printing parameters in the software. Contact us if you need support or have any questions.
The XYZ Nobel 1.0A is compatible with the following Liqcreate resins: Deep Blue, Stone Coal Black, Clear Impact, Strong-X and Hazard Glow. For Liqcreate Hazard Glow we recommend to only print at 100 micron. Premium Black can also be processed on this printer, however, due to fast clouding of the PDMS vat, we recommend to use Stone Coal Black resin.

All materials are printed using the open tag provided by XYZ printing. The open tag gives users the possibility to use 3rd party resins on their printers. Please note that Premium Black will print well on the XYZ Nobel 1.0A, however, the PDMS coulds very fast. After a kilogram you would need a new build tray. Stone Coal Black would be a better choice as a general purpose black colored resin.

Liqcreate Clear Impact
Liqcreate Clear Impact is an optically clear photopolymer resin for SLA and DLP technologies in the range of 385 – 405nm. Parts created with Liqcreate Clear Impact are perfectly transparent, slightly flexible and have an excellent impact resistance. The high toughness of the material makes it ideal for the production of functional parts which are repeatedly exposed to stress. Low water absorption and weather resistance makes it perfect for outdoor applications.

Hazard Glow
Liqcreate Hazard Glow is the first ever glow-in-the-dark resin for SLA and DLP technologies in a range of 385 – 405nm. This resin is optimized in having the highest possible glow-effect while remaining easy processable in DLP and SLA 3D-printers.
