Their latest addition to the dental portfolio is the Phrozen Sonic XL 4K Plus. This is a 3D-printer with 4K resolution and a build size of 19.66 x 12.03 x 20 cm. Quite similar specifications to its predecessor the Phrozen Sonic XL 4K 2022. However there are some new features in the latest Sonic XL 4K Plus printer. It has an improved Heating System, mainly usefull for if you are printing in colder areas. The USB port changed locations to the front for easy access. And there is a WiFi Antenna 2.4GHz so you can send print-jobs over the network, avoiding the USB port at all! Resin 3D-printing accurate dental models on the Phrozen Sonic XL 4K Plus
It is important to fill in all parameters precisely. especially the scaling ratio and the parameters below that. This will give you accurate dental models with resin 3D-printing. If these values are not set, models can deviate upto 0,2mm from the original file!
