3DWare is established in 2014 based in Mumbai and is a developer and manufacturer SLA & DLP 3D-Printers and 3D-printing supplies. The unique design of the 3DWare Zeta resin 3D-printers enable industrial users to implement resin 3D-printing quickly. 3DWare and Liqcreate are collaborating to optimize resins on the 3DWare printers. Settings for Liqcreate Flexible-X , Composite-X and Tough-X are already available for the Zeta 4K top-down resin 3D-printer and many more photopolymer resins to follow. Contact us to learn more about the settings used for Liqcreate Flexible-X and potentially other Liqcreate resins for the 3DWare Zeta 4K resin 3D-printer.

Top-down resin 3D-printing.
There are 3 basic styles of 3D printing. The first is Bottom Up Printing, where resin is cured through a window in the bottom of the vat by a light source from below. In this style of resin 3d-printing printing, the build platform is raised out of the resin vat and a ‘peel’ step is required between each layer in order to detach the cured material from the bottom of the vat. This technology is used in most DLP and LCD 3D-printers.
The 3DWare Zeta printers are different. They work with Top-Down 3D-Printing of photopolymer resin. In this method resin is cured by a light source above the vat and the build platform is lowered down into the resin vat. After a layer the build platform moves down and a wiper will add a new layer on top. So there are no peel forces present in this method.
