Liqcreate is working with Asiga and their professional printers for many years. Most of the Liqcreate resins are compatible and very easy to work on the Asiga Max UV and Asiga Pro 4K printers. the materials .ini files for the Asiga printers can be downloaded on the Asiga website or requested by sending an e-mail to info@liqcreate.com. Compatibility of several resins can be found here for the Asiga Max UV and here for the Asiga Pro 4K and Asiga Pro 4K XL. With a lot of work Liqcreate engineers now optimized our Flexible materials: Premium Flex and Flexible-X on the Asiga printers. It should be noted that there are only print profiles for 0,1mm layer thickness.

Flexible resins available for the Asiga Max and Asiga Pro 4K printers
With a lot of work in print profile optimization, the Liqcreate engineers succeeded to develop working 0,1mm layer settings. Flexible resins are always more difficult to print. These resins tend to stick more to the resin tank bottom, move more during printing and have a lower green strength. All these factors make flexible and elastic resins more difficult to print. However, by changing the printing strategy with longer wait times, a few extra millimeters of lift heigth and thicker supports, these materials can run on the Asiga UV printers as well! Next to these printing modifications, also the post-processing is slightly different. Mainly post-curing the first few minutes in a transparent jar of water for getting non-sticky parts is important. Liqcreate Flexible-X
Liqcreate Flexible-X is an opaque black photopolymer resin for open MSLA, DLP and laser based 3D-printers. 3D-printed parts from this material have exceptional flexibility and great rebound properties. Liqcreate Flexible-X is compatible with open DLP, LCD, MSLA and SLA 3D-printers in the range of 385 – 420nm. Its low hardness of 55 Shore A and elongation up to 160% makes it perfect for the manufacturing of soft touch and elastic parts for industrial use.

Liqcreate Premium Flex
Liqcreate Premium Flex is a translucent turquoise blue photopolymer with great processability and print speed on MSLA and DLP based 3D-printers. 3D-printed parts from this material have excellent flexibility and low surface hardness of 63 Shore A. Liqcreate Premium Flex can be used on open DLP, MSLA and LCD 3D-printers in the range of 385 – 420nm. Its high elongation and low Shore A hardness makes it perfect for diversity of soft touch and rubber-like prototypes.
